since joining fitness first,really feel like slimming down.bt my self cant see much diffrent yet,will aiming for 6 pack n a better shape of body.now trying to maintain 5 times a week.everytime 2-3 hours spending in fitness first.seriously really slim down my uncle tummy alot.and i can feel i m more healthy now.
i had this weird senario,that after gym,i dun even feel like eating unless friends call yam cha or got home mom were cook damn nice dinner,or else dinner oso can skip.can go to bed straigh after arrive home.herm...like that can slim faster.
