Gathering

from few years bak,we manage to gather more than 15-20 fellor in our class.wen every1 grew up,lesser n lesser ppl we able to meet up wih even CNY.not to mention those stoner summore.i guess that real life.

For the pass few days i went bak to my hometown which at terrenganu,a small chinese village where located inside a huge malay kampung.were really expected able to meet up wih my old friends....quite disapointed me!even my 5 finger able to count those friends i met up wih.som turn to be had problems wih each other,som were bz wih new partner,som bz staying wih family,som stay comfortable wih their small group.som dunno where.LOLZ

is that wat we called CNY gathering?i believe in future CNY is juz a celebration to chinese.as simple as possible.mayb juz wake up in d morning,give ang pao....drink tea...den thats it.

i really hope atleast in future we still able to maintain som traditional stuff like visiting,gathering & caring.

bt the fact is....GF?lolz.....do i really need 1 now?even thor i hav, will it effected my life much?i dunno.mayb YES! mayb NO!
i m 25 this year.i dun even had a stable GF.is that a shame?friends r married, pak tuo, yet.. i m goyang here n there?i m picky?OF COZ NO!
bt of coz.....hopefully by end of this year...i hope i m really had a gf wih me....n intro it.public it.

Body balance

were surpose to do more work,thats y reject all date...n continue working....around 7.30 finish work and were sooooooooo moody after the incident happend,decided off to gym n release stress.1st time in the class....somhow,middle of the class...i was omost like wanna scream!!!!!coz the way it stretch.....until my knee kenot tahan....cant find my balancing and not that flexible yet.bt...it's sooooooo weird...wen the relaxing part came.....wah....is like......my body were relax till fall into apart.....few pieces....super relaxing a!!!!!! i love it sooooooo much.....

Loser

Aanother tiring week.alot things happend in this few weeks.somtimes i cant even breath.bt main ...still the gym stuff.haiz....i think i didnt train hard enough...now...tummy still remain as 1 pack...eventhor like chest,arms,legs those muscle can feel abit....bt tummy....DAMN SHIT!.fats is covering every damn thing.

And....after slimming down....my body bcome so weak...sick is 1 thing...the skin is another 1.i had sooooooooo much space in btween muscle and skin...i like hav to train 2x or 4x harder than others in order to see a obvious muscle.bt still will go for the "summer aim".

Motivation getting lesser n lesser....survivor oso lesser n lesser...i dun wan to b the 1 left bhinde...wih big tummy...i wanna share the joy n proud of body shape!!! i wan show to those called me "fei zhai" now impress!!!! argh!!!!!!!...

tiring week

the whole week of working damn tiring....rush this and that.....
omost got no time for gym...even thor...by the time i wanna chao....it's late edy....
so i either go home or i stay in d office onli....
bt after friday workout...i feel much better!!! thanx DON the instructor gave some tips bout the training....

took friday leave and depart to penang on thursday morning.we had bak kut teh b4 leaving to penang.after around 4-5 hours.finally arrive!!n we heading to where penang ppl called "little genting" for dinner.the thai food was nice! special stuff to me.the actually fried the kangkung...i was like har?????bt it is really taste good! must try.n my all time favorite! PETAI!!!!!!!cheers for petai...omost me n my dad finish it all...wakakaka.
