Loser

Aanother tiring week.alot things happend in this few weeks.somtimes i cant even breath.bt main ...still the gym stuff.haiz....i think i didnt train hard enough...now...tummy still remain as 1 pack...eventhor like chest,arms,legs those muscle can feel abit....bt tummy....DAMN SHIT!.fats is covering every damn thing.

And....after slimming down....my body bcome so weak...sick is 1 thing...the skin is another 1.i had sooooooooo much space in btween muscle and skin...i like hav to train 2x or 4x harder than others in order to see a obvious muscle.bt still will go for the "summer aim".

Motivation getting lesser n lesser....survivor oso lesser n lesser...i dun wan to b the 1 left bhinde...wih big tummy...i wanna share the joy n proud of body shape!!! i wan show to those called me "fei zhai" now impress!!!! argh!!!!!!!...

tiring week

the whole week of working damn tiring....rush this and that.....
omost got no time for gym...even thor...by the time i wanna chao....it's late edy....
so i either go home or i stay in d office onli....
bt after friday workout...i feel much better!!! thanx DON the instructor gave some tips bout the training....

Serious....i m useless wen facing gals....

she sms me n said "我到了"i turn around n put my glasses on...OMG...i see her in real person.wanted to say HI....bt she already turn around n sit behind me...even thor she juz sit behind me,my stupid fear came.......dun even dare to turn around n say HELLO to her...ARGH!!!!!until we look at each other after she came bak from toilet.

OMG....she is cute wih her smile put on her face.is totally diffrent from photo....
omost the end of dinner onli able talk to her abit and manage to snap few photos wih her..

Fast penang trip- part 1

took friday leave and depart to penang on thursday morning.we had bak kut teh b4 leaving to penang.after around 4-5 hours.finally arrive!!n we heading to where penang ppl called "little genting" for dinner.the thai food was nice! special stuff to me.the actually fried the kangkung...i was like har?????bt it is really taste good! must try.n my all time favorite! PETAI!!!!!!!cheers for petai...omost me n my dad finish it all...wakakaka.

heading to cousin house after dinner and she brough us our for supper (OMG...makan lagi....)i had asam laksa,char kuew teow,orang juice,friend chicken skin,ABC,the bakar sotong,n lots n lots more...---to be continue day 2
